Eastern Europe & the Caucasus (54, HIGH, NC). Kyiv was struck on 23 and 24 September and Ukraine launched its largest drone attack on Moscow. Security holds one point below CRITICAL.

Central Asia (53, HIGH, ↑1). Rises one point as Pakistan strikes targets inside Afghanistan. The Silk Road states are unaffected.

Southeast Asia (46, MODERATE, NC). Steady. Thailand has flood warnings through 27 September; Anak Krakatau remains at Level III.

East Asia (35, MODERATE, NC). North Korea tested two hypersonic missiles; Xi Jinping is on a state visit to Washington.

Australia & Oceania (29, MODERATE, NC). Bushfire season is the watch item.

Western Europe (28, MODERATE, NC). Three points above LOW for a sixth issue. France has a public-sector strike on 29 September.

North America (27, MODERATE, NC). Hurricane Nolo threatens Hawaii’s Big Island with extreme rain this weekend; the national wildfire level has dropped to 2.
